Healthy U LOYALTY PROGRAM PRIVACY POLICY

1. Scope.

Healthy U (referred to herein as "Merchant," “we,” “us,” or “our”) recognizes the importance of maintaining the privacy of customers who enroll in the Healthy U Loyalty Program, powered by Giift.com (“Loyalty Program”).

This privacy policy describes the practices of Merchant regarding the collection, use and sharing of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) gathered through the Loyalty Program (“Merchant Privacy Policy”).

Under no circumstances will Merchant share any Personal Information about you with any person or organization except in the following instances:

Merchant will collect Personal Information from consumers who enroll and participate in the Loyalty Program as necessary to administer the Loyalty Program, and as described in this Merchant Privacy Policy.

“Personal Information” is information that uniquely identifies you, and includes, among other things, your name, mobile telephone number, email address, date of birth. Information You Provide to Merchant You can enroll in the Loyalty Program at a Merchant location (“Point-of-Sale Enrollment”), or by visiting the Healthy U registration page and completing the online enrollment form(“On-Line Registration”).

During Point-of-Sale Enrollment or On-Line Registration, you will be required to provide Merchant with Personal Information.

For Point-of-Sale Enrollment and On-Line Registration, this information will include your phone number, first name, last name and email.

The Personal Information you provide during Point-of-Sale Enrollment or On-Line Registration will be used by Merchant to track your visits and purchases with Merchant for purposes of determining the rewards that might be available to you.

Information Merchant Collects Automatically Merchant may use "cookie" technology to collect Loyalty Program website usage data and to improve the Loyalty Program. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer's hard disk. Merchant may use cookies to better understand how you use the Loyalty Program website, to monitor aggregate usage by our users, and to improve the Loyalty Program. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies. You can instruct your browser, by editing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you choose to eliminate cookies, the full functionality of the Loyalty Program website may be impaired for you.

Merchant may link the information we store in cookies to any Personal Information you submit while on the Loyalty Program website.

Notwithstanding anything else in this policy, Giift.com may work with partners who use mobile SDKs, including the OneSignal Messaging SDK, to passively collect information (collectively, “SDK Information”), which generally helps us deliver personalized notifications. This data may also be used to identify you in a unique manner across other devices or browsers for the purposes of customizing ads or content. Depending on the permissions granted to this application, this information may include personally identifiable information (PII) including your e-mail address. This information may also include precise location (i.e. GPS-level data) or WiFi information, apps you have installed and enabled, and your mobile identifier (e.g., Android Advertising ID).

Merchant takes your privacy and security seriously. For this reason, Merchant has established security measures consistent with standard industry practice to protect and prevent unauthorized access to your Personal Information. These security measures include a combination of firewall barriers, encryption techniques and authentication procedures to maintain the security of information submitted through the Loyalty Program website, as well as locked doors and files, and managerial controls that limit the potential for misuse of Personal Information by Merchant’s employees, contractors and other third parties. While we take steps to protect your Personal Information and keep it secure, Merchant cannot absolutely guaranty the security of any information you transmit to us.
