As a Growth Marketer, you will be crucial in managing online reputation, co-marketing campaigns, affiliate marketing, referral marketing, and customer marketing initiatives.
Online Reputation Management:
Monitor and manage Giift's and Xoxoday’s online reputation across various platforms, including social media, review sites, and forums.
Respond to customer reviews and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Implement strategies to enhance Giift's online presence and improve brand perception.
Co-Marketing Campaigns:
Collaborate with partners, vendors, and channel partners to develop co-marketing campaigns.
Assist in planning and executing joint marketing initiatives to promote Giift's solutions and services.
Track and analyze the performance of co-marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Affiliate Marketing:
Support the development and management of Giift's affiliate marketing program through Partnerstack and other platforms.
Recruit new affiliates and build relationships with existing partners to expand the affiliate network.
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize results.
Referral Marketing:
Assist in the maintenance and restructuring of referral marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Track and analyze referral program performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Customer Marketing:
Support the execution of customer marketing campaigns to engage and retain existing customers.
Work closely with the customer success team and the Key Accounts team to gather feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies.
Content marketing:
Identify content topics and keywords by conducting competitor research and keyword analysis.
Manage guest posts, backlink requests, web stories, and other content requests.
Manage newsletter, email communication, and other short and long-form content to help the team.
Use of AI tools, no-code tools, and API
Being able to use no-code, AI tools for market research, keyword analysis, content strategy, and other marketing functions.
