Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible to achieve company revenue target and creating and executing sales strategy, and reporting to upper management.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, design, develop, and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue target
  • Generating leads periodically to grow the pipeline
  • Conduct presentation, deliver basic demo of the solutions, proposal creation, and negotiation
  • Handle vendor registration and bidding submission
  • Recruit, manage, and grow potential reseller partners to expand business coverage in the territory
  • Get new clients base for all Giift Solution and Services in quarterly basis
  • Provide periodic updates and reporting through CRM tool

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing or similar
  • Experience in IT sales, or loyalty programs preferred
  • Experience with proven deal in selling to C-level in the Bank
  • Strong exposure to Banking and Financial Services Industries
  • Preferably 7 years of experience in Software Selling to Enterprise especially Banking
  • B2B Consultative Solution Selling
  • Experience in Loyalty System Selling preferred
