Area Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible to achieve company revenue target and creating and executing sales strategy, and reporting to upper management.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and controlling the daily activities of field agents in his area
  • To make sure the field agents achieve the daily targets
  • To make sure the team onboards merchants of Good quality
  • Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
  • Handling 2 to 3 cities sales operations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, IMM or similar
  • Experience in IT sales, or loyalty programs preferred
  • Experience with proven deal in selling to C-level in the Bank
  • Strong exposure to Banking and Financial Services Industries
  • Require more experience in B2C selling, handling a team of Sales Managers, TLs and FOS on the ground.
  • Preferably 5 to 7 years of experience in Software Selling to Enterprise especially Banking
