Overview:

We are seeking a talented and strategic ABM Manager to lead our Account-Based Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ABM strategies and tools such as Demand base, HubSpot, and Sales Intelligence platforms, and a proven track record of successful ABM campaigns. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive targeted engagement and revenue growth.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • ABM Strategy Development: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive ABM strategies aligned with company goals and target accounts.
  • Technology Proficiency: Utilize and optimize tools such as Demandbase, 6sense, HubSpot, and Sales Intelligence platforms to identify, target, and engage key accounts effectively.
  • Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end ABM campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and maximizing ROI.
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align ABM efforts with their strategies, ensuring seamless coordination and mutual support in account targeting and engagement.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Content and Messaging: Work with the marketing team to develop personalized, high-impact content and messaging tailored to targeted accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various teams including marketing, sales, product, and customer success to ensure a cohesive ABM approach across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-4 years in Account-Based Marketing, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in Demand base, 6sense, HubSpot, and other relevant ABM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
