The Executive will in charge the business development of the Giift Loyalty solution globally.

This includes:

  • Growth. Increase all vertical + all segment clients (B2B) and users base in the region:
    • Banking (corporate loyalty solution: banking (tier 1, 2 & 3 banks) + neo-bank
    • Merchant funded program (financial institutions + Payment processor + mobile wallet)
    • Corporate rewards non-banking market
  • Business development
    • Manage the sales team globally (≈40 sales executives) + resellers (≈30+ resellers)
    • Supervise team to identify target (direct sales channels + in-bound + out-bound lead generation)
    • Engage and create opportunities + Deal negotiation & closing
    • Assess all direct and indirect sales channels opportunities
  • Budgeting
    • In coordination with the CSO, define sales strategy globally + budgeting and quota
    • In coordination with Head of Sales Operation to assess performance and achievement in the sales CRM
  • Strong experience working as a VP Sales or similar role
  • Proven record of successful deals closed
  • Experience of banking products and/or financial industry
  • Good knowledge of technology
