Partnership Manager based in Dubai, you will be the driving force behind our growth globally using both existing and new partnerships and distribution channels. You will be responsible for strengthening our collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, building, and seeking new partnerships, identifying and monetizing the company’s growth opportunities. You will report to the Managing Director, GCC.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for designing and implementing sourcing strategies and procurement plans to support account, corporate and client strategies and objectives.
  • Includes contract review and/or preparation and negotiation, contract administration and adherence to company policies and legal requirements and compliance.
  • Manage relationships with customers and vendors to build the brand and the business.
  • Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships.
  • Build the organizational network by through targeted outreach and strong project planning.
  • Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs, and create synergy.
  • Analyse and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
  • Attending meetings and workshops to serve as representative of our company
  • Identify opportunities with new partnerships
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable MBA degree.
  • A proven senior profile with at least 5+ years’ of industry experience and connections to enable strong partnerships, preferably within B2B environment.
  • Ambitious self-starter, confident, assertive, highly proactive, and responsible for raising awareness of the company and brand in the marketplace with a desire to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and negotiation skills.
  • Must have business analytical and reporting skills.
  • Must be able to thrive under pressure and be comfortable with a face-paced changing environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ensure results.
  • Excellent relationship builder within an international environment.
