We are looking for Operation Specialist for Gift Management International, to be based in Giift Sri Lanka office. He/she will administer the loyalty system to ensure its smooth running and integrity of configuration and management across Giift Marketplace.

  • Accountable for system and customer rewards execution as well as daily operations.
  • Set up and manage program partners.
  • Manage ticketing system and work on the tickets received.
  • Fulfill requests and answer enquires from Giift worldwide.
  • Responsible for creating email template by using standard HTML/CSS.
  • Create and design catalogue by using image edit software. E.g. photoshop
  • Administer program changes as they relate to the system configuration.
  • To write and maintain documentation on the loyalty systems operation and ensure they are kept up to date with changes.
  • Execute data extracts and campaigns that require system work.
  • Manage other member communication processes generated by the system through multiple channels.
  • Monitor performance and all system processes such as reporting and file management.
Skills and Experience:

The suitable candidate should possess the following skills and experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma
  • One to two years related work experience
  • Good communication skills as the job involves interaction with other Giift entities
  • HTML/CSS skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel applications.
