We are looking for a senior Product Manager to direct the evolution of Giift’s redemption capabilities, driven by end user satisfaction and measured by revenue metrics.
Grow Revenue – Develop a constantly evolving hypothesis on growth levers / hurdles to the business and tie them to results. Build dashboards and conduct analysis (including consumer segmentation, LTV, CAC, churn) for forecasting and improving efficacy of product enhancements.
Improve Site Experience – Constantly improve site experience through execution of hypothesis-driven experimentation, coalescing feedback from users, clients, sales colleagues into specifications for engineering and measurable verifying metrics.
Expand Merchandising – Leverage merchandising (assortment and promotions) to grow revenue with no incremental engineering costs. Find ways to accelerate vendor enrollment, from simple affiliates to exclusive vendors to constantly lower friction on the supplier side.
Facilitate Fulfillment – Partner with Operations to decrease COGS through more efficient ordering methods where needed.
Be the Subject Matter Expert – Continuously research the eCommerce landscape and online competitors, identifying category trends and growth opportunities.
