  • Research & source Rewards, Loyalty and Offers Programs issuers/providers/competitors or distributors across the globe and extract most relevant information.
  • Provide insides and inputs to product team on market product trends.
  • Provide insides and inputs to sales team on business trends and strategy.
  • Negotiate terms & conditions including financial discounts to buy points of eGift Cards from such issuers or distributors, and sign contract
  • Insure work flow to buy points or miles are in line with Giift processes
  • Set-up a process to update new programs from existing issuers or distributors
  • Develop and maintain the Loyalty Program database.
  • Liaise with gift card providers and loyalty program owners to update Database.
  • Perform data updates and extraction on ad-hoc, daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
  • Work with management by providing reports and helping with business developments.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to source reliable partners and negotiate partnerships
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external counterparts
  • Good understanding of product flow and good understanding of IT systems & online operations
  • Strong analytical skills, with good experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate information; communicating same clearly and concisely. Ability to discover patterns, analyse and filter data to deliver targeted information.
  • With SAP – data warehouse and business intelligence platforms experience is an advantage.
  • Strong sense of products of internet in rewards/loyalty/banking/payment/
  • Strong skill to source products and partners
  • Organizational, analytical and execution skills. 2+ years of experience in online operations, account management or sales/business development
  • Familiar with IT system and online and uses social media accounts/products
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality of work execution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple time zones and functions
  • Multi-language is a plus
  • Good negotiation skills
