Application Support Engineer

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer who will be responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across our clients. He/She has to have both business skills and technical IT knowledge, and demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.

  • Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
  • Assisting with systems integrations
  • Technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person
  • Liaising with L3 support (Development team) while ensuring all details required to Fix are available
  • Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
  • Assisting with systems integrations
  • Hands on experience will help fix issues and ensure internal processes are followed
Skills and Requirements:
  • 3 Years of experience C# application
  • Understanding of WCF
  • Microsoft .net development knowledge
  • Web Api knowledge
  • Working knowledge of SQL server
  • Stored procedures to retrieve data for business
  • Able to start immediately
