Engen not only wanted to reward customers every time they filled their fuel tank, but also eliminate the millions of paper tickets it used to issue prior to implementing the Giift digital lottery solution. Prizes range from fuel vouchers, shopping vouchers and hotel bookings to the grand prize of a Mercedes Benz. Giift came up with a brilliant solution to go paperless, by digitizing the entire process! Every time a customer fills fuel worth 500 Rupees, they will get 1 lottery e-ticket. The system built by eGiftAfrica is fully automated and enables the petroleum giant to capture customer information and issue lottery e-tickets to customers via SMS.
