Giift continues global expansion, targets 80m users
Giift opens offices in Qatar, Nigeria, Egypt and Bangladesh

Today, Giift, the Loyalty Marketplace specializing in the exchange of loyalty currencies (points, miles, gift cards, rewards) announced that it will open new offices in Qatar, Nigeria, Egypt, and Bangladesh to better support its growing client base.
Giift Loyalty Marketplace faces increasing adoption within Banking, Utilities, Travel and Retail industries. To support such growth, Giift expands its local reach in 5 more countries this year. “Today, loyalty members expect Points to offer similar (online and offline) payment experience as credit or debit cards. As a result, we are seeing the widespread adoption of our technology, particularly among Tier 1 programs” says company co-founder and CEO Laurent Xatart.
“Because of this success, Giift is now forecasting $9bn GMV and 80m users in ‘19 ($3.2bn GMV and 45m users in ’18)” adds company co-founder and Director Pascal Xatart.
